Since 1972, Metal Prep® has been an industry leader in providing high quality, pre-painted, hot-rolled steel to the construction industry. Our advanced production facilities in Houston, Texas, and Memphis, Tenn., have the distinctive capability of painting and slitting hot-rolled steel coil.

Metal Prep® cleans, pre-treats and roll applies coatings in a continuous process for use in a wide variety of structural shapes. In addition to providing toll-processing services for customer-owned steel, Metal Prep® also markets single-invoice pre-painted packages.
